About The Role As a Registered Nurse - Community Health, you'll enhance services across Inverell, Glen Innes and Tenterfield as part of an exciting winter strategy, working with three skilled Community Health teams of Registered and Enrolled Nurses. Deliver essential wound care (including VAC dressings), catheter changes and medication administration through clinic appointments and home visits. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you'll manage a varied workload across sites using fleet vehicles during work time for seamless travel between centres. Travel between sites happens in work time using fleet cars, ensuring efficient delivery of care where it's needed most in the community. About You You're a highly organised team player with proven experience and/or qualifications in wound care (including VAC dressings) and catheter changes, comfortable using computer systems to manage appointments and documentation. A current NSW driver's licence is essential for travel between sites.
