The Opportunity You will oversee the overall performance, compliance, and presentation of a large-scale residential building of significant profile. Partnering closely with the Owners Corporation and Building Committee, you will ensure the asset is maintained to an outstanding standard while delivering an exceptional and seamless resident experience. You will be supported by a well-established onsite team, including a dedicated 24/7 concierge service, as well as an experienced operations and compliance function. Key Responsibilities Full operational management of building services and common property Implementation and oversight of preventative maintenance programs and long-term asset planning Contractor engagement, tender management, and service agreement oversight Coordination and delivery of capital works and value-enhancement projects Ensuring full compliance with statutory, WHS, and regulatory requirements Preparation of detailed and professional reports for committee meetings and key stakeholders Proactive management of reactive maintenance with accountability and urgency Maintenance of accurate and comprehensive site documentation About You Minimum five years’ experience in strata building or facilities management Proven experience managing premium residential or mixed-use developments Advanced stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills Strong financial literacy and administrative capability Proficient in Microsoft Office and building management/reporting systems Relevant tertiary qualifications in Facilities, Property, or Building Management (advantageous) What Will Set You Apart This building is home to high-profile residents with elevated expectations.
