Loader Operator Roster: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–7:00pm Location: Hallam, VIC Duties & Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate a front-end loader Perform manual handling tasks and assist with material sorting when not operating machinery Operate site equipment including conveyors and densifiers; support cleaning, picking, and sorting activities Conduct litter picking and general site housekeeping as required Skills and Experience: Proven experience operating a front-end loader (essential) Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential) Previous experience within the waste or recycling industry (desirable) Forklift licence (highly regarded) Strong commitment to safety and adherence to established procedures Physically fit, self-motivated, and able to work independently Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude About the company Category 5 Labour Management is an Australian owned success story, a leading provider of full-service labour management solutions, supporting the local communities in which we operate and the people within them.
