Description Our busy and well-established small animal clinic, recognized with the ASAVA Accreditation of Excellence for delivering the highest standards of patient care in a state-of-the-art facility, is located in one of Perth’s growing coastal communities, close to dog-friendly beaches and surrounded by a loyal client base. You’ll be joining a close-knit team of 5 vets, 8 nurses and a supportive leadership group, where the culture is genuinely positive and collaborative. About the Role Diverse companion animal caseload (approx. 80% dogs / 20% cats) 3–4 vets rostered per day to keep the day flowing smoothly Structured workflow – consult vet, surgery vet and a floating vet for hospital/urgent cases Opportunity to be involved in full case workups and interesting medicine before referral when needed Clinic hours: 8:30am – 7pm weekdays, 8:30am – 5pm Saturdays 1 in 3 Saturdays About You Ideally 2–3 years experience in small animal practice A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification Eligible for veterinary registration in Australia A team-focused attitude and willingness to support colleagues in a close-knit clinic Passion for delivering excellent patient care and building client relationships Interest in learning, growing your skills and being part of a supportive environment This clinic isn’t just somewhere to work – it’s a place where vets enjoy coming to work, support each other through busy days and celebrate the wins together.
