Lead and manage cultural transformation programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Oversee workplace health and safety frameworks to ensure compliance and best practices. Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. Implement and monitor policies and procedures to support a high-performing workplace. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function. Ensure alignment of people strategies with organisational objectives and industry standards. Profile A successful General Manager - People and Safety should have: Proven senior HR leadership experience, ideally in small to medium-sized businesses. A strong track record of partnering with CEOs and executive leadership teams. Demonstrated expertise in driving organisational transformation and cultural change. In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety practices in the industrial and manufacturing sector. A strong practical understanding of WHS along with hands-on experience. Exceptional ability to lead and inspire teams in a complex, fast-paced environment. Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
