Description We’re growing and we’re looking for a talented Legal Secretary to join our Perth team on a full-time basis. The role As a valued member of our Perth office, you’ll provide high-level legal secretarial support to one Partner and a team of lawyers, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You’ll also be part of a supportive, collaborative community of Legal Secretaries (Legal PA’s) across the firm, with opportunities to get involved in initiatives that promote wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and social connection. Key responsibilities include: Proactively managing inboxes, diaries, and travel arrangements Overseeing matter administration, compliance checks, and engagement letter processes Building strong client relationships, supporting events and business development activities Managing billing workflows and ensuring timely, accurate invoicing Preparing correspondence, presentations, and coordinating document production Mentoring and contributing to wider administrative support across the practice This is a permanent, full ‑ time role commencing June 2026. You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, with the option to work from home one day per week. Skills & Experience We’re seeking an experienced Legal Secretary who wants to join an international firm that truly values its people. To thrive in this role, you will bring: 3-10 years’ experience as a secretary within a professional services environment (legal highly desirable) Proven experience supporting at least one Partner and a team of lawyers End ‑ to ‑ end billing experience (Aderant experience highly regarded) Strong Microsoft Office capability Previous experience supporting business development projects Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Professionalism, discretion, and alignment with our core values: Approachable, Bold, Connected Why join Pinsent Masons?
