Description About the Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Claims Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of claims end-to-end, supporting customers through what can often be a challenging time. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, confidently communicate updates, and ensure each claim is handled efficiently and professionally. No prior insurance experience? No problem. We’re open to candidates from customer service, retail, or call centre backgrounds who are eager to learn and build a long-term career in insurance.
