Description Lead a high-performing team and drive revenue and client growth across our Accounting and tax business. Reporting to the Head of Advice, Accounting and Tax, you will lead the Central region Adviser Services team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for advisers and clients. You will build team capability, strengthen service standards and embed consistent ways of working aligned to our Business Plan priorities, partnering closely across the Findex network. Your role, your contribution! Drive sustainable revenue growth through targeted business development and cross-division referrals. Expand target markets and support pricing discipline, winning new clients and growing existing relationships. Improve client engagement and retention using agreed digital tools, reporting on measures including NPS. Lead team delivery performance, ensuring consistent, high-quality client outcomes. Champion the Client Teams Model (CTM) and strong collaboration across the team Develop a high-performing team through coaching and clear expectations Maintain operational and compliance discipline, partnering with Risk and Compliance and applying key policies consistently.
