By leveraging data, digital platforms, and emerging capabilities such as artificial intelligence, we aim to improve how we operate, drive efficiency, and deliver better outcomes for our business and stakeholders. As we continue to expand our enterprise AI and digital capability, we are seeking two experienced Senior Business Systems Analysts to help shape how intelligent automation, data, and modern platforms transform the way our organisation works. You will work across the business to analyse systems and processes, uncover opportunities for improvement, and translate them into practical digital and AI-enabled solutions while partnering closely with stakeholders, developers, engineers, and AI specialists to deliver initiatives end-to-end. Key responsibilities Work across the organisation to engage stakeholders and deeply understand business processes, workflows, and pain points. Identify opportunities for improvement, digital transformation, automation and AI enablement. Lead end to end analysis planning, including stakeholder engagement, discovery, documentation, and solution framing. Translate business challenges into clear, structured solution designs. Collaborate with AI developers and technical teams to shape digital and AI-enabled solutions. Produce high quality artefacts including process maps (As-Is / To-Be), system interactions, functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Contribute to both project and BAU initiatives, supporting solutions through delivery, testing, and implementation, while collaborating with AI developers and technical teams to shape digital and AI-enabled outcomes. About you Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience. Extensive experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst or Senior Technical Business Analyst. Strong background in systems analysis, process design, fit-gap analysis and optimisation. Experience working with complex systems, integrations or interfaces. Exposure to digital platforms, automation or AI enabled solutions. Experience working closely with software developers, business stakeholders and technology teams. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify opportunities proactively. Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments. Exposure to the Azure / Microsoft ecosystem is highly desirable. Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments is advantageous.
