This role combines field-based investigations and office-based claim management, ensuring claims are managed in line with service standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial property claims through the full claims lifecycle Conduct site inspections and investigations to assess losses Review policies, documentation, and evidence to determine coverage and liability Engage with policyholders, insurers, and service providers throughout the claims process Prepare clear reports and maintain compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory standards Negotiate and settle claims within delegated authority levels About You You will bring experience in commercial claims or loss adjusting and have a strong understanding of general insurance practices and regulations.
