With strong partnerships across leading CX platforms and an expanding enterprise client base, the organisation is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking to appoint a Business Development & Account Manager to support both client engagement and new opportunity development. This role will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging with clients and uncovering opportunities. Working closely with experienced consulting and sales leaders, you will support both account development and new business activity across a range of enterprise organisations. Importantly, while this is not a pure "hunter" role, there is an expectation to proactively identify opportunities, build relationships and contribute to pipeline growth.
