Learn more about us and what we do at aware.com.au Your New Role We're looking for a Business Performance Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how performance, insights and operating rhythms support the success of our Member Growth Division. This is a high‑impact role sitting at the intersection of performance reporting, business operations and change enablement. You'll partner closely with senior leaders to translate complex data into compelling insights, support executive and Board forums, and help embed ways of working that enable smarter, faster decision‑making. In this role, you will: Own divisional performance reporting, delivering timely, high‑quality insights across monthly, quarterly and executive forums Prepare executive and Board‑level materials, translating complex data and initiative outcomes into clear, compelling narratives Identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities, providing forward‑looking insights and recommendations for action Coordinate key leadership forums, ensuring strong agendas, clear outcomes and disciplined action tracking Strengthen planning and operating rhythms across the division, improving alignment to enterprise priorities Support operating model and change initiatives, clarifying roles, processes and ways of working Champion continuous improvement, removing friction and improving day‑to‑day operational effectiveness Work closely with partners across Finance, Strategy & Transformation, Risk, Analytics and People & Workplace How do you exceed our expectations?
