If you have a passion working with elderly and have empathy and understanding this is for you. You will be going to the clients personal homes where they live to help them staying at home. Please notice this is NOT an NDIS or nursing home role. Key Responsibilities Attending to clients in their own home - your car is essential as you must be willing to travel to client's homes in various areas Empathy & patience for elderly clients Willing to attend to Domestic Assistance Duties Must be willing to travel within 25kms from home About You A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support (desirable) Current and valid Driver’s Licence, insured, reliable motor vehicle and smart mobile phone Capacity to embrace a role that is meaningful for the community and yourself Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation Ability to work independently and effectively manage time Proficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email and internet A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation Why work for Calvary?
