The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the HRBP with contracts, onboarding, systems and general HR coordination across the business. Description Provide day‑to‑day HR administrative support to the HR Business Partner Prepare employment contracts, variations and onboarding documentation Maintain HR systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and reference checks Assist with induction coordination and new starter compliance Help track probation reviews, training records and HR reporting Liaise with internal teams to resolve HR queries promptly Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and workflows Profile 1 year of experience in HR administration or similar support role Proactive, organised and eager to learn within a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and confident with HR systems or databases Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Able to work 3 days per week from the Mulgrave office Immediately available and based in Melbourne Positive attitude, flexible and comfortable taking initiative Job Offer Salary: $75,000 superannuation Hybrid arrangement: 3 days in the Mulgrave office Opportunity to gain broad HR exposure and grow your career Supportive leadership and a collaborative HR team To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
