Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting across the ANZ region. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards, support audit activities, maintain strong internal controls, and partner with stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial insights. Description Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with IFRS/AASB and internal reporting standards Support group consolidation and provide variance analysis/commentary Manage general ledger reconciliations, accruals, and month‑end close activities Assist with internal and external audit requirements Support statutory and tax obligations including GST, FBT, payroll tax, and income tax Maintain and strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance Partner with internal teams to provide financial advice and insights Contribute to system improvements, process optimisation, and automation initiatives Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA/CA qualified or studying towards (highly regarded) 2-4 years' experience in financial accounting or reporting (corporate or audit) Strong understanding of AASB/IFRS Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics preferred) Excellent reconciliation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills High attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability Job Offer Fixed-term contract with the potential for future opportunities.
