About The Role We are seeking an Occupational Hygiene Graduate to join our Perth team. Reporting to the Occupational Health & Hygiene Advisor, this is an entry-level professional role designed to develop practical competency in occupational hygiene within heavy industry. This Role Combines Field monitoring and exposure assessment Data analysis and technical reporting Regulatory compliance support Respiratory protection and fit testing programs Shutdown and project-based hygiene support You will work closely with HSE team, Project Managers and site teams to support effective occupational health risk management across our operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a long-term career in occupational hygiene within the oil & gas and industrial sectors. About You We are seeking a technically curious and safety-driven graduate who is eager to develop strong competency in occupational hygiene. A proactive team player, you collaborate effectively with HSE professionals and site personnel to deliver practical health risk controls. You are motivated to learn, build technical capability and contribute to a high-performing safety culture in complex industrial environments. Requirements & Experience Tertiary qualification in a health sciences, public health or a related science discipline. Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail Ability to work both independently and within a team. Willingness to travel to industrial sites and work in high-risk environments. Current driver’s licence Bachelor honours degree (desirable) 0-2 years’ experience in occupational hygiene, HSE or industrial environments (desirable) Exposure to industrial or high-risk work environments (desirable) Basic data analysis and reporting experience. Interest in progressing toward AIOH certification pathway.
