We are looking for motivated and driven graduates to join MinRes on the 2027 Graduate Program The Opportunity Your role as a Graduate Metallurgist will see you play a vital part in supporting the development and optimisation of metallurgical processes for the extraction, refinement, and production. You will gain hands-on technical experience in areas such as ore processing process optimisation, daily plant troubleshooting, data analysis monitoring mineral separation performance and collaboration with other department,, working closely with Senior Metallurgists and Engineers to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. Through your work, you will be involved in applying advanced techniques like material characterisation, metallurgical testing, and process simulation to improve production methods. The Program As part of the 2027 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to kick- start your professional career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing mining companies. Tailored Two-year program will challenge your thinking across a range of business functions, each offering immediate exposure to large-scale projects. Exposure to different commodities and Services including Iron Ore, Lithium, Energy, Mining Services & Construction. Requirements For The Role Graduated with a bachelor of Science in Extractive Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering by the end of 2027 or have graduated from a recognised University within the past 12 months.
