Otherwise, you will be working onsite/ hybrid at VGA as per typical working arrangements. The Role We are seeking a project ‑driven HR professional to join our HR team on a contract basis. In this role, you will lead critical HR projects, with a primary focus on the roll out, and continuous improvement of a new Global HR Information System (HRIS). The Main Responsibilities Include Lead the local delivery of the global HRIS (SuccessFactors) implementation program, ensuring alignment with global standards, timelines and governance frameworks Act as primary liaison between global project teams, local HR, IT and external vendors to coordinate implementation activities and resolve issues Develop and manage the local project plan, including key milestones, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication Oversee the administration and optimisation of the existing HRIS platform to support HR operations and business needs Lead change management and communication initiatives to support successful adoption of the new HRIS across the business Manage relationships with external vendors and support providers, including contract negotiation, issue escalation, scope of works management, service monitoring and resolution management Selection Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources 5 years in HR with experience and working knowledge across all facets (systems, processes, employment law) etc Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills. Experience working with internal stakeholders. Attention to detail Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously Solid understanding of Change Management High level of commercial acumen Project management experience including; developing project plans, project timelines and documentation as required Solid experience working with HR systems (SuccessFactors desirable) Strong Microsoft Office suite experience (intermediate to advanced Excel desirable) Important note: This role will require flexibility in working hours due to collaboration with global teams.
