What’s On Offer We are seeking a Vendor Operations Team Leader to lead vendor onboarding, data governance, compliance, and supplier experience across the business. You will oversee a team of Vendor Officers, strengthen our P2P processes, and partner with Finance, Procurement, Technology, and suppliers to deliver accurate vendor records, smooth onboarding, and robust compliance. This role can be based in Melbourne or Perth, with occasional travel between states depending on location. What You’ll Do Lead and support a small team of Vendor Officers Make sure vendor details are accurate, compliant, and up to date Oversee vendor onboarding, including EFTSure checks and approvals Help improve vendor‑related processes in D365 Resolve vendor issues and escalations quickly and professionally Provide training and guidance to internal teams and suppliers Manage vendor communications Assist with vendor rebates, EDI setup, and purchasing agreement structures Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Technology, and AR/AP teams What You'll Bring Experience in Vendor Master Data or Accounts Payable leadership Strong understanding of P2P processes and change management Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (ideally D365) Confidence working with No PO/No Pay and 2‑/3‑way matching A problem‑solver who can resolve vendor issues and find root causes Clear communicator who builds strong relationships with vendors and internal teams Comfortable coordinating vendor communications and reporting Passion for improving processes and creating a smooth vendor experience Why Join Us?
