The Opportunity We’re looking for a driven Brand Content & Integration Coordinator to join our team and help deliver innovative cross-platform sponsorship campaigns that connect brands with audiences across Seven’s leading programs and major sporting events. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales, Programming, Production, Marketing, Ad Operations & Trading teams, as well as external partners including media agencies, creative agencies, and clients, and report directly to the BCI Manager in Sydney. What you'll do: Work with our partners to deliver integrated Total TV partnerships across broadcast, digital, and social platforms. Provide accurate reporting including VOZ data and campaign analysis. Support campaign delivery by tracking impressions, episodic placements, and in-program commitments to ensure client objectives and deadlines are met. Lead the execution and delivery of sponsor assets, billboards, graphics, and vignettes across Seven’s major sporting events and programs. Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, post-campaign reports, and communications to support the Brand Content & Integration team. Provide administrative coordination including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and maintaining campaign documentation. What you'll bring: You’re a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented individual with strong customer focus and excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills who thrives in a fast-paced media environment. You’ll also have: 1–2 years’ experience in Media Sales, a media agency environment, or project management. A basic understanding of cross-platform partnerships across TV, digital, and social platforms. Knowledge of Seven’s major sporting events and tentpole programs. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with knowledge of IBMS, eTam, and Fusion. Formal qualifications in Business, Marketing, or Sales would be highly regarded.
