What You’ll Do You’ll deliver clinical pharmacy services, support patient care, and work closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Provide efficient clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and/or outpatients. Conduct pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations, monitor medication outcomes such, as therapeutic drug monitoring, to ensure quality use of medicine is upheld. Work cooperatively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team and provide advice regarding patient care. Who We’re Looking For We welcome applications from Community Pharmacists who are ready to transition into hospital pharmacy as full training will be provided. While this is a fixed-term role, there may be opportunities for a contract extension or permanent employment, depending on business needs. Essential Requirements General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice. Minimum 2-years’ experience as a Pharmacist. Australian working rights, valid for the duration of employment.
