The Behaviour Services Support Team is seeking a solutions-focused, relational and skilled Student Support Officer to support schools across the region to strengthen transition planning and student support practices. About The Role Work collaboratively with regional and school-based teams to support successful transitions for students with complex needs Support schools to implement high-quality student support plans aligned to DoE policy and procedure Build the capability and confidence of school teams to implement evidence-based social emotional learning interventions Build the capability and confidence of school teams to implement evidence-based practices Build the capability and confidence of school teams to proactively support students with diverse presentations Contribute to a multi-disciplinary, regionally coordinated approach to behaviour and inclusion Use data-informed practices to guide planning and evaluate impact Interested?
