TeamKids is Australia’s premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC). The Role: As Program Manager, you’ll work closely with a dedicated on-site leadership team, including a full-time Director of Service and a 2IC. At our service, your leadership isn’t from behind a desk, it’s on the floor, in ratio, side by side with your team. We set you up to shine This is a hands-on role where you’ll provide daily coaching, guidance, and practical support. You’ll be a familiar, trusted face for families and children, while also being the steady presence that ensures everything runs smoothly. Think of yourself as the captain of the ship, steering the course, supporting your crew, and ensuring everyone arrives safely and smiling. This is a permanent, full‑time role with 20 hours in ratio and flexible work‑from‑home options for your admin hours. Service Location: Located in Fraser, the service operates out of a half designated OSHC room, as well as a shared HIVE classroom for seniors as well as a fully equipped kitchen, access to the schools hall, undercover outdoor courtyard, fixed playgrounds and lovely grassed areas. Work Schedule In Ratio Hours Monday–Friday Before School Care: 7am - 9am After School Care: 3pm - 5pm Admin hours: approx. 18 You’ll Be Responsible For Actively supporting and guiding your team during contact hours Building strong relationships with children, families, and school leaders. Overseeing all communication with families and the school.
