Key Responsibilities Design and implement individual and group leisure activities that cater to residents' needs, abilities, and interests Develop and maintain personalized lifestyle care plans Engage with residents and their families to create a sense of belonging and inclusion Collaborate with the Lifestyle Team and care staff to support the holistic well-being of residents Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards Maintain secure and accurate care records Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Lifestyle Officer and/or Aged Care. Certificate III or IV in Leisure & Lifestyle (highly desirable) Certificate III in Aged Care (highly desirable) Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Currently hold an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain) What's in it for you?
