This is a Junior Brand Designer role with Wisr based in Sydney, NSW, AU Wisr Role Seniority - graduate More about the Junior Brand Designer role at Wisr KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create campaign visuals: Design engaging visuals for marketing campaigns across email, app, website, socials, and presentations, under the guidance of the marketing team. Collaborate across teams: Work with the marketing and design teams to understand project goals and contribute creative ideas. Maintain brand consistency: Apply Wisr’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials. Research and inspiration: Keep an eye on design trends, competitor campaigns, and creative inspiration for the team. Basic video editing: Create short videos or animated content for social media, email, or app campaigns. MEASURES OF SUCCESS Success is defined by impact, not outputs. There are three key measures of success – consistency, velocity and value of the impact your work creates. We expect that all team members deliver impact in a way that demonstrates Wisr’s high performance behaviours and values. Consistency in delivering impact - able to reliably complete assigned tasks within agreed scope and timeframes, with quality and effort that improves progressively across the internship period. Velocity at which impact is delivered - able to develop a growing awareness of their own working pace, set realistic expectations with their manager and teammates, and show improvement in estimating and managing their time across projects. Value of the impact produced - able to articulate how their contributions connect to the team's work and the end user, demonstrating curiosity and developing understanding of how design decisions influence customer and business outcomes. SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & BEHAVIOURS Currently studying or recently graduated in a design-related field such as Visual Communication, Graphic design, UX or similar Some hands-on design experience, whether through uni projects, internships, freelance, or personal work Curious about how design decisions connect to real business and customer outcomes A clear communicator who takes feedback well and works effectively in a team High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Familiar with tools like Figma, Canva, or Miro; and keen to build on that Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
