The Opportunity We’re looking for a driven Strategy Manager to join our 7RED team and help craft innovative, insight-led solutions that connect brands with audiences across Seven’s premium content ecosystem. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Programming, Production, and agency partners and report directly to the National Head of Strategy & Partnerships at Sydney. What you'll do: Develop strategic responses to client briefs and proactive opportunities, creating innovative brand partnership solutions that leverage Seven’s premium News, Sport and Entertainment content. Drive Total TV revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities across broadcast and digital video platforms, using research, measurement tools, and insights to position Seven’s offering effectively. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Production and Programming, ensuring alignment when developing proposals and delivering integrated brand solutions. Build strong relationships with media agencies, planners and clients, establishing Seven as a trusted strategic partner while expanding opportunities with both existing and new clients. Lead strategic proposal development and contribute to a high-performance culture, representing Seven at industry events and ensuring all strategic responses align with operational processes and business objectives. What you'll bring: You’re a strategic, collaborative and commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced media environment and enjoys translating complex business challenges into innovative brand partnership opportunities. You’ll also have: 8 years’ experience in strategic partnerships, communications planning, or a related role, ideally within the media, advertising, or agency environment. Strong understanding of the media industry, particularly across News, Sport and Entertainment in broadcast television and digital video platforms. Experience working with or within media agency planning teams, including understanding agency planning tools and processes. Proven ability to construct strategic, insight-led responses to client briefs, translating business challenges into clear media partnership opportunities. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth, supported by strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
