About The Role As a Senior Project Officer, with the Mount Isa Education Precinct, you will be expected to: Have a deep understanding of the Mount Isa community Be able to work with both government and non-government organisations Connect community partners with key school personal and connect key school staff with external organisations Foster collaboration between schools, community partners, and government agencies to deliver locally responsive, integrated strategies to enhance student engagement and belonging Lead precinct projects and working parties to develop and implement key precinct initiatives Understand the barriers that some young people and their families face in successfully accessing education and work to address these barriers Form and maintain strong partnerships with First Nations communities, government agencies and community groups to support student success Interested?
