This part-time position offers 43.5 hours per fortnight. The Role As a valued member of the Care Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the spiritual wellbeing of our residents, their families, and staff. You’ll work alongside lifestyle and care teams to design and deliver meaningful spiritual and leisure-based activities, provide emotional support during times of change or grief, and help residents reflect on their life experiences. Duties Include Deliver personalised spiritual and pastoral care in line with individual care plans Provide support through reminiscence, reflection, prayer, or rituals, respecting diverse faiths and backgrounds Facilitate and coordinate group spiritual and lifestyle activities Offer bereavement support to residents, their families, and staff Assist in the development and evaluation of spiritual care plans Contribute to a caring and respectful environment where residents feel valued and supported What’s in it for you?
