About the Opportunity: The Dixon Team is looking for an experienced Talent Resourcing Partner who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment and loves being at the heart of candidate engagement. In this role, you'll be the engine room of our Technology and Permanent Teams ensuring we attract, engage, and support top talent across multiple divisions. What You'll Be Doing Partner with Recruitment Consultants to source and engage talent across technology and business support roles - both temporary and permanent. Conduct LinkedIn and Seek searches Craft compelling job ads and posts across multiple platforms Screen and manage candidate applications Interview candidates and complete reference checks Created compelling candidate profiles Maintain and update our Bullhorn database Manage overflow calls and assist with general client and candidate queries Deliver exceptional candidate care, including service calls to placed candidates Support candidate marketing initiatives Build strong relationships with candidates Contribute to ad hoc projects, including industry research What You Bring Solid experience in a fast‑paced recruitment agency Technology recruitment experience highly regarded Strong search capability across LinkedIn, Seek, and ideally Bullhorn ATS A love for multitasking and thriving in environments where no two days are the same Speed and energy- we love to deliver so are always moving quickly on roles Outstanding verbal and written communication A genuine commitment to delighting our candidates, clients and team Why You'll Love Working With Us An intial 4 week assignment with real potential for the assignment to extend A tight‑knit, energetic team that works hard and enjoys each other's company A great hourly rate superannuation On‑site role where you'll be part of the action every day Dixon Appointments values diversity and inclusion and is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and barrier-free recruitment experience.
