The Consultancy Established in Sydney over 10 years ago, this Building Services Consultancy has always prioritised quality over quantity. They have a loyal client base with developers, project managers and leading architects; and genuinely consider their employees to be their greatest assets. They've steadily grown to around 45 engineers accross Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. The Opportunity Due to growth, they are looking for an additional Mechanical (Building Services / HVAC) Engineer for their Sydney studio. As a Mechanical Design Engineer you'll get involved in everything from aged care, residential developments, commercial offices, hospitality venues, restaurants, clubs and industrial facilities. The Role You'll support the Senior Associate or Associate, working with them (not just for them) on projects from concept design, detailed design, tender through to construction. So rather than being siloed into one stage of the process, you'll see projects develop from idea through to delivery, ensuring you developing as an Engineer. Typical responsibilities will include: Producing mechanical designs, calculations and schematics Producing technical documentation and reports Using Revit MEP Liaising with architects, clients and other engineering disciplines Overseeing contractors and external consultants during the construction stage What They're Looking For Minimum of two years experience as a HVAC Design Engineer in Australia.
