This flagship Commercial Development project is designed in partnership with a high‑profile Sydney architect and tier‑one builder. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the mechanical services design for a city‑shaping commercial tower. The Opportunity You will lead the mechanical engineering package from concept design through to final documentation, guiding technical decisions, design direction, coordination and quality. This role suits someone who thrives in complex commercial projects, enjoys working closely with architects and builders, and can confidently drive outcomes through all stages of design.
