We’re offering targeted upskilling for a small number of Distribution Lineworkers to transition into G&B roles as positions open. Based at the Canning Vale depot, you will work on maintenance of the Western Power network across metropolitan Perth and regional WA. What’s on Offer Long-term job security on a major WA contract Great pay steady overtime 10/4 roster (Tuesday–Thursday, paid RDO Friday) Standard daily hours\: 8.45, with regular overtime at higher rates Career development including funded Glove & Barrier training Relocation assistance for interstate/overseas candidates Pay & Conditions Distribution Lineworker \: $56.00/hr Glove & Barrier Lineworker\: $63.16/hr Crew Leader (G&B)\: $66.52/hr Plus\: overtime penalties $4/hr remote allowance Regional work attracts LAHA up to $385/day What You’ll Need Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems – Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent White Card Current Driver’s Licence (MR/HR preferred) High Risk Work Licences (EWP, Dogging and/or Rigging) For G&B roles\: Glove & Barrier qualification and/or HV Switching experience Full working rights in Australia Comprehensive Pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening required.
