We are seeking an organised, proactive Project Coordinator to join our team and support a major client with their offshore maintenance and turnaround activities. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of projects across all phases— planning, execution, and close‑out —in alignment with our established project management framework. As a specialist industrial services provider, we operate in complex and demanding environments. Candidates with prior industrial services experience , especially within offshore settings , will be highly regarded. Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure are essential to success in this position. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the full lifecycle of offshore maintenance and turnaround projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and reporting. Support project managers in executing work in line with scope, budget, and timelines. Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor project performance, risks, and progress, ensuring all requirements are met. Drive close‑out activities including documentation, lessons learned, and improvement actions. What We're Looking For Background in industrial services (highly advantageous). Offshore project experience (very highly regarded). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑focused environment. A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset. Qualification/Trade: Tertiary or trade background in a related field or more than 5 years demonstrated oil and gas experience including supervision as a minimum. It would be ideal if you come from an offshore background and have offshore in date tickets.
