The company is known for acquiring and repositioning legacy assets, creating value through strategic oversight and long-term stewardship. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing commercial and retail property assets, with a focus on maximising long-term value and asset performance. This role offers full ownership of a diverse portfolio, requiring a strategic, investor-focused approach. You will drive asset strategies, oversee financial performance, and lead value-add initiatives to elevate asset positioning and returns. Collaboration with property management and leasing teams is essential, as is the ability to foster strong tenant relationships and identify growth opportunities in a dynamic market.
