This is an excellent opportunity for a capable PM who is confident managing commercial and/or retail assets but also with the support of more expeirenced PM's if desired. The Role You will be responsible for: Managing a portfolio of commercial / retail assets Handling tenant and landlord stakeholder relationships Overseeing lease administration and compliance inclduign site security across a portfolio Coordinating maintenance and contractor engagement Managing arrears, budgets and reporting This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills. We are looking for a Property Manager with strong experience across property security and access management. This includes overseeing site security protocols, managing access control systems, maintaining accurate key registers, and implementing effective security procedures across a portfolio. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented and confident managing security processes to ensure properties remain compliant, secure and well managed. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial property management Exposure to commercial and/orretail portfolios preferred but not neccessary Strong stakeholder management capability Ideally you have a current Cert of Registration (VIC) Ideal for those returning to work,wanting to transition from agency or seeking the flexibility of a contract.
