Our client, a well-regarded commercial builder with a strong pipeline of work across Victoria, is seeking an up-and-coming Site Manager to deliver a $6m childcare center project in Geelong. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven leading hand / junior Site manager ready to step up and take ownership of a full project, with support from an experienced project team. The Role: Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and successful delivery of the project on site. You will play a key role in ensuring the build is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all on-site activities and trades Drive construction program and ensure milestones are met Maintain a strong focus on site safety and compliance Monitor quality assurance and ensure high build standards Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders Report on progress, issues, and site performance About You: Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or emerging Site Manager in commercial construction Exposure to projects in the $2m–$10m range (education/childcare highly regarded) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple trades and site activities effectively A proactive and hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and grow What’s on Offer Opportunity to step into a Site Manager role with genuine career progression Supportive team environment with experienced leadership Strong project pipeline offering long-term stability Competitive salary package based on experience If this appeals, please apply via the link below.
