Job Description As a Manager in our Real Estate Advisory team, you will be a key contributor to high‑impact infrastructure, property and major project engagements across Victoria and Australia. Working closely with Directors and senior leaders, and often in collaboration with our Major Projects Advisory team on overlapping engagements, you will provide strategic, commercial and financial advice across the full asset lifecycle — from early planning and governance through to procurement, financing and delivery. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex infrastructure and real estate projects, the opportunity to lead critical workstreams, and the chance to make a meaningful impact for public and private sector clients in a collaborative, fast-paced advisory environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic and commercial advice across project planning, governance, procurement, financing and delivery risk for major infrastructure and real estate projects Manage and coordinate workstreams within complex advisory engagements, working closely with Directors and senior stakeholders Apply commercial, financial and analytical expertise gained from large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects Develop high-quality, structured deliverables including financial models, reports and client presentations Ensure all outputs are accurate, insightful, and delivered to agreed timelines and quality standards Collaborate effectively with internal service line leaders and project teams to deliver integrated client outcomes Qualifications Required: 4–6 years of relevant experience in the private sector or government (for example; consulting, advisory, professional services, government infrastructure teams, treasury, investment banking, or infrastructure funds) Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics, engineering, or a related discipline Strong analytical and financial modelling capability, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel High-level PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce clear, structured and compelling presentations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Preferred: Experience advising on major infrastructure, complex real estate or capital-intensive projects Exposure to public sector infrastructure programs or large-scale private sector developments Additional Information EVP: Build your future- shape ours We don’t just hire talent; we invest in it - with support that accelerates your success in every way Why Join Us?
