The role As the Senior Licensing Officer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for assessing, processing and auditing both routine and more complex licence, registration, permit and security card applications. Drawing on your strong attention to detail, ability to interpret legislation and commitment to high‑quality customer service, you will play a key role in ensuring applicants meet statutory requirements and in upholding the Department’s commitment to protecting the Western Australian community. Your well‑developed communication skills, combined with experience using databases, coordinating administrative processes and guiding others, will be central to your success in this role. You will contribute to efficient service delivery by supporting day‑to‑day team operations, providing coaching and advice to colleagues, and ensuring accurate, timely and compliant outcomes across all licensing activities.
