Role: Senior DevOps Architect Location: Sydney Contract Duration: 6-12 months Role can be offered as a fixed term contract OR day rate contract OR a full time permanent job. Role Summary: Senior DevOps architect with a product mindset role, to help us look beyond repos and pipelines, to strategize and bring thought leadership on the broader next gen product/platform and capabilities to be built for the overall engineering community. Experience working in an integrated development platform paradigm. A good knowledge of the modern GitHub platform that expands beyond the CI/CD and source control aspects. Understanding of the challenges in establishing GitHub services within security and governance requirements in a scalable manner - such as securing interactions with cloud platforms. Experience with maintaining configuration as code for administration of GitHub and other 3rd party services. Experience working within platform engineering is valued. Senior level position with over 12-15 years of experience in IT and majority of it in DevOps and DevOps Architecture space.
