We are currently looking for an all-round Architect with a minimum of 7 years local experience to join a small studio based in the inner south suburbs. A Registered Architect with Class III building experience is most highly sought, as this role offers broadly based responsibilities from initial concept design, right through to construction on site. Our client has a full order book of new projects in the Hospitality/Hotel sector and they’re looking to grow the practice over the next few years. This means the successful candidate will have an opportunity to grow with the business and progress in a senior capacity and help to mentor and manage others on the team. Candidates with either Revit, ArchiCAD and AutoCAD experience would suit, however strong Revit proficiency would be most highly regarded. Previous commercial or hospitality design experience across medium scale projects in the $20M-$30M range is essential.
