The Role This is a hands-on Restaurant Manager position leading day-to-day front of house operations within one of the group's flagship dining venues. You will oversee service delivery, maintain venue standards, and ensure every guest receives a consistent, high-quality experience. The role involves managing and developing a team of around 15 staff, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management while fostering a strong, positive team culture. You will work closely with the senior leadership and kitchen team to drive operational efficiency, maintain service flow, and deliver strong commercial results. Responsibilities include labour management, stock control, ordering, and maintaining supplier relationships, along with supporting budgeting, cost control, and achieving venue targets. You will also ensure compliance across RSA, WHS, licensing, and food safety standards while implementing and maintaining clear operational procedures.
