Venue Manager A well known Sunshine Coast venue is looking for a strong Venue Manager to lead day to day operations across a busy multi outlet hospitality business. This is a hands on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on the floor, leads from the front and understands how to run a tight operation while still delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee service, team leadership, rostering, labour management and venue performance while working closely with the senior leadership team to drive standards and growth. This is a great opportunity for a structured and commercially minded operator who enjoys building teams, running high volume service and being part of a growing hospitality business.
