Venue Manager A well known Sunshine Coast venue is looking for a strong Venue Manager to lead day to day operations across a busy multi outlet hospitality business. This is a hands on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on the floor, leads from the front and understands how to run a tight operation while still delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee service, team leadership, rostering, labour management and venue performance while working closely with the senior leadership team to drive standards and growth. This is a great opportunity for a structured and commercially minded operator who enjoys building teams, running high volume service and being part of a growing hospitality business. About the role Lead daily venue operations across multiple departments including floor, bar and service teams Drive strong service standards and guest experience during busy trade periods Manage labour, rosters and operational performance to meet business targets Oversee promotions, events and activations ensuring smooth execution Coach and develop supervisors and junior leaders within the team About you Strong hospitality leader with experience running busy venues Confident managing labour, COGS and venue financial performance Hands on operator who leads from the floor Strong people leadership and team development skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple moving parts What’s on offer Salary package around $90k to $100k Super KPI bonus structure introduced after probation Supportive ownership and leadership team Opportunity to lead a well established venue with a strong local following If you are a strong hospitality operator who enjoys leading teams, running busy service and taking ownership of venue performance, we would love to hear from you.
