Key responsibilities include: Delivering safe, high-quality clinical care to aged care residents Medication administration and clinical documentation Monitoring residents’ health and responding to clinical changes Supervising and supporting Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and care staff Collaborating with facility teams, allied health and visiting doctors About You You are a reliable and experienced Aged Care Registered Nurse who enjoys working in residential aged care environments and can confidently adapt to different facilities.
