About the Company A global leader in medical devices is seeking a Field Service Technician to support their team in Brisbane. This organisation partners with medical clinics, hospitals, and specialised aesthetic clinics across Australia, delivering high-quality equipment and technical service. This is a casual temporary position based in Brisbane, providing additional support to the service team. While there may be potential for the role to become permanent in the future, this is not guaranteed. Working closely with the field service team cross Australia and reporting to the Service Director in Melbourne, you will play a key role in supporting equipment installations, servicing, and repairs across a diverse client base. About the Role Support onsite installations, servicing, maintenance, and repairs of medical device equipment Diagnose equipment issues and recommend effective technical solutions Work closely with Territory Managers (Sales) to ensure service deliverables and customer expectations are met Coordinate technical problem resolution with both internal teams and external stakeholders Provide training to customers and internal teams on the safe and correct operation of equipment Prioritise service requests and maintain clear, accurate service documentation About You Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues (electronic, mechanical, etc.) Certifications in electronics or a related technical field highly regarded Hands-on experience as a Service Engineer/Technician working with relevant equipment Experience with lasers, pneumatics, or printing equipment highly regarded Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record Full working rights in Australia Benefits Competitive hourly rate Supportive team culture and experienced managers Opportunity to gain experience with a globally recognised medical device company QLD Territory so a lot of travel involved To Apply If you meet the above criteria and are interested in this opportunity, please apply online in the first instance.
