The Opportunity Join Komatsu’s North East Region Field Service team and play a key role in delivering expert maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on customer equipment—while representing one of the most respected brands in heavy industry. What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair and service Komatsu machinery with technical precision Use technical literature, testing equipment, and Microsoft Office to complete high‑quality reports Coordinate site‑based maintenance projects and manage job paperwork Work safely, uphold Komatsu’s values, and contribute to a strong team culture Provide outstanding customer service in line with the Komatsu Customer Support Charter Roster: 5:2 – Monday to Friday with OT available Pay rate: Competitive rate allowances What You Bring Qualified Plant Mechanic Strong diagnostic skills and technical capability Excellent communication and ability to work independently Commitment to safety and quality MR license and solid computer/MS Office knowledge Why work for us!
