About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for a range of finance and administrative functions, with a strong focus on accounts receivable, invoicing, and debtor management. This role interacts with teams across the organisation to deliver accurate, timely financial processing and high-quality internal customer service. You will play an important part in ensuring the smooth flow of financial information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting monthly and year-end reporting processes. About You You are a highly organised finance professional with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving. To be successful in this role you will have: A minimum tertiary qualification in finance, business, accounting or related studies At least 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables) and Word You will also demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process sundry sales tax invoices on a weekly and monthly basis Monitor the Charter Calendar to ensure completed jobs progress through invoicing stages and verify invoice accuracy before posting to the General Ledger Prepare daily banking and process EFT transactions, ensuring all receipts are accurately applied to the debtor ledger and balanced Monitor customer payment terms and investigate or report unresolved or disputed items Prepare and distribute monthly debtor statements Assist the Accounting Manager with month-end accrual reporting Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as required by the Accounting Manager, Finance Manager and CFO We are committed to filling this role quickly, so while applications for this role will close on 29 March 2026 , we will assess applications as they are received and may conduct interviews with suitable candidates prior to the closing date.
