Be where you're needed. Belong right here. The Role Anglicare Southern Queensland are currently seeking to hire a Change Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Change Analyst will support the delivery of change management activities for projects that form part of Anglicare Southern Queensland's Digital Transformation. The Change Analyst is responsible for preparing the organisation for the changes the projects introduce to ensure successful transition, realisation of expected benefits and desired business outcomes. The Change Analyst will focus on the people side of change and will be an advocate for the employee's experience with the goal of embedding the changes to drive and support employee adoption and greater utilisation and proficiency of the changes. How you will make help us make a difference Develop and implement detailed change, communication, and training plans for projects. Conduct change analysis, assess change impact, identify & assess stakeholders Manage issues and risks relating to or arising from change, communications and business change readiness Develop and implement project communications content, information packs, intranet content, newsletters and presentations Conduct Training Needs Analysis, input, document requirements to support the design, development and delivery of training and education Delivery of training as required Define and measure success metrics and monitor change, communication and training effectiveness and adjust change plans in response What our team are looking for Demonstrated ability to use a change management methodology to undertake change management, communication and engagement activities Experience undertaking change management activities, including effectively implementing changes to people's work, business processes, systems and technology; coaching leadership and team members Ability to drive fast adoption and higher utilisation of projects that impact the organisation to increase benefits realisation, value creation, ROI and achieve results and outcomes Strong communication skills with proven experience in the design, development, delivery and management of change communications Well-developed facilitation and training skills; proven experience in training needs analysis, development of plans, workshops, training, quick reference guides and related materials that meet the needs of the audience. Strong interpersonal, consultation, negotiation skills; ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders Experience in the design, development and delivery training and education, including Instructional design, e-learning and classroom training development for a wide range of audiences with varying digital literacy skills will be highly regarded Experience in or ability to learn, creating artifacts such as position descriptions and organizational charts associated with organizational design changes desirable Why you'll love working with Anglicare Southern Queensland Voted Reader's Digest Most Trusted Brand in Aged Care seven consecutive years in a row.
