As Store Manager, you will have the ability to lead all restaurant team members to ensure excellent customer service and product quality. You will ensure suitable team members are in place to service the needs of the business through recruiting and training employees so that the stellar reputation of Chargrill Charlie’s is maintained. As a manager you’ll be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability to meet our standards whilst delivering on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses. An understanding of the hospitality industry along with a proficiency in Microsoft Office will both prove highly helpful in this role.
