The Opportunity We are looking for a proactive and organised Part‑Time Admin Assistant to support our team and provide reliable backup reception coverage. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on helping others, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You’ll be an important part of our people focused environment, helping ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and a welcoming experience for clients and visitors. Your Responsibilities Provide professional backup reception support, including greeting visitors, answering calls and managing enquiries. Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry and document preparation. Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain shared office spaces. Support staff with administrative requests and basic system tasks. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and organise couriers. Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory. What We Are Looking For Previous experience in administration or reception (professional services experience highly regarded). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming approach. Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems. A proactive mindset and willingness to assist wherever needed. Reliability, professionalism and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
