Job Description Key Accountabilities Partner Management & Governance Effective, responsive day-to-day management of partner and reinsurer relationships and business activities. Manage partner projects and initiatives, seeking appropriate business inputs and approvals. Own governance oversight of partners and reinsurers in accordance with regulatory requirements and NobleOak’s frameworks and policies. Manage Partner and reinsurance contracts to reflect agreed commercial outcomes. Support the broader business to appropriately manage partner and reinsurer arrangements. Product Management Provide input to & review of Partner product initiatives, including interactions with pricing and other internal teams, ensuring adherence to risk appetite, governance and approval processes. Draft & review product and customer collateral, and other regulatory documents. Provide input to product sustainability initiatives and frameworks, and NobleOak’s broader insurance governance frameworks, policies and procedures. Provide technical product support to the broader business (e.g. claims, underwriting, compliance, sales, marketing) Respond promptly to Partner queries, seeking relevant inputs and approvals from other functional areas as needed. Provide input to and/or manage product and insurance-related projects as needed. Provide input to product competitiveness analysis, sharing insights with the business. Key Responsibilities Product and insurance expertise - provide technical product & insurance expertise to business growth initiatives, projects and product developments. S upport the broader NobleOak team with product-related queries and inputs. Stakeholder Management – proactively manage external partners and reinsurers, as well as internal stakeholders, communicating effectively to maintain quality relationships and service. Support Value Creation – support the growth and profitability of NobleOak’s insurance propositions via effective collaboration across the business, and management of initiatives and portfolio performance. Good governance – actively oversee the governance of NobleOak’s partners and reinsurers. Ensure product management complies with regulatory requirements and internal frameworks. Actively contribute to NobleOak’s insurance risk activities and risk management culture. Delivery focus – effectively manage the end-to-end delivery of project milestones. Process Improvement – d rive improvements in product and insurance processes where identified. Desired Skills and Experience Experience & Qualifications At least 5 years’ experience in a product management, stakeholder account management and/or technical insurance role within the Australian retail life insurance industry. Strong understanding of the life insurance regulatory environment and market landscape, including product risk management and compliance. Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills. Demonstrated project management experience. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Good organisation, time management and multi-tasking skills.
